Rafiq Quereshi, the father of 9-year-old Slumdog Millionaire star Rubina Ali has attempted to sell his daughter in an illegal adoption deal for close to $300,000, according to shocking new reports from the UK press.
The father was set up by a journalist who was pretending to offer to buy the child star.
